On October 30, Joye Davis-Kirchner, Director, and Mark Paresi, Senior Law Enforcement Advisor, both from the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Section, attended the Annual Review of Police Reforms, organized by INL implementer, Civic Union.
The forum brought together donors and international organizations to gauge progress on police reform. Davis-Kirchner’s remarks focused on U.S. government support (both INL and USAID) to promote community policing and emphasized the need for police and community to work together to promote positive change.
