American English Live: Teacher Development Series
American English Live: Teacher Development sessions are 60-minute web-based seminars on a variety of topics on English language teaching techniques & methodologies presented by U.S. TESOL professionals. Sessions include visual presentations, videos, and discussions and the courses are grouped in sets of 6 seminars that take place every other Wednesday during the series. Participants are encouraged to join the associated Ning (http://americanenglishwebinars.com) to participate in discussions, view related materials, and find recordings.
The Regional English Language Office is pleased to offer American English Live: Teacher Development Series 1. The 6 online seminars of the course cover a variety of topics and are intended for teachers of English or future teachers of English around the world. Participants who attend 4 out of the 6 sessions will receive e-certificates.
The series will take place from January 17, 2018 – March 28, 2018. Each 60-minute session will be held every other Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C.
